New Yahama AR190 owner

Hello,

New 2017 Yamaha AR190 owner in the Midwest, northern Indiana, planning some trips in the spring/summer of 2022 with family of four, kids are 9 and 15, and looking for ideas/experiences people have had within a 8 hour drive of Chicago area. I would like to make a boating spring break (early April) trip, but how far south would I need to go to achieve warm enough water temps for water sports? Huge shoutout to @haknslash for his thread on fitting the boat into a standard 7’ garage. I made the mods and was able to fit her in for winter storage saving me some cash money. Thank you kindly air and why I am joining the forum for future recommendations and knowledge sharing. Great forum! Photos of the boat is attached.

I appreciate any help you can provide. I didn’t own a boat at the time but I lived down your way for 8 years in B-town so familiar with southern Indiana and loved it down there. Looking forward to your recommendations and help. Nice family and boat!
