Just bought our first ever boat, today...a Yamaha SX190. The Mrs wore me down and as usual I caved. Took a test drive & the Yamaha incentives were too good to pass on. Really happy with it and the wife & kids absolutely love it. Glad to find this site dedicated to this type of boat. Hope to learn alot.

Congratulations on the new boat! You will love her and this forum.

Welcome!!! :Welcome:

I forgot to mention since this is your first boat, make your first outing a simple one on a good weather day with very few people and expectations of only loading/unloading and learning the handling of your new boat. The pressure of a new boat and a load of passengers expecting their idea of a good time boating can easily turn into a frustrating day for you.

Welcome aboard, and congrats in the new boat!

Welcome and enjoy the new boat!
