No voltage ( power) to 1 spark plug

My buddy is stuck on the water he has a 2015 Yamaha limited S. On his last spark plug starboard motor , I believe it’s plug number four he is not getting any voltage (power) to that plug. He has a volt meter so he tested the voltage to all of the other coil packs they are good. and there is zero voltage at that coil pack. Thank you in advance for all your help.
