Functionally, it's not any different than a second battery with an ACR, except the acr setup will be cheaper and youd use that battery for starting all the time.

Appears to be a significantly overpriced ($1100.00) mid ah, high c rate lithium battery with built in charging/bms board that has bluetooth built in. One could simply attach a usb charger to the switched side of the start battery and mount a noco gb70 with the aligator clips swapped for ring terminals attached to the batteries amd a bluetooth battery monitor for far less. Personally charging the portable jump pack at least twice a year is not a big deal for me. I would buy a lithium battery to replace both the start and house batteries along with bluetooth battery monitor before buying this for that kind of money.

I agree with just hard wiring a kit... however this unit is not $1100 - that is a video system in the article.

retail price says $1099

The Power Systems are due to ship around the third quarter at a price to be announced.

The SB10UHD rear seat system uses Android monitors that include HDMI, USB and SD inputs. One of the pair includes a DVD player. All sources may be shared between the monitors, which come with embedded apps such as Netflix and YouTube. Users may download other apps from the Google Play store. Retail price is $1099.
