Oem horn replacement

i bought a new horn off amazon to replace the dying one in my boat. The exterior of the horn matched the oem grill.
The body of it did not

The yamaha horn is a round cylindrical unit. That fits in a 2” ish hole on side of boat.

Ayone replace theirs with an aftermarket that fits this ?
