Today I decided to pull the pumps on my 2012 SX210. Initially I though I would be replacing the wear rings (parts in hand), but from initial inspection (thus far only have pulled the starboard side), I think the wear ring in rather great shape (pictures below). What did surprise me was the pitting on the impeller - seems pretty consistent on each blade, on the leading edge, in the center of each blade the metal is rather course, and to me seems to be tied to cavitation (from what I have read).
I am attaching some photos for feedback as to what I should be looking for (the tunnel seems rather smooth, the vast majority of silicone is still in tact), or if this is just attributed to normal usage over ~10 seasons. As far as I am aware, all parts are original; use is mixed salt/fresh water.
Before I move onto the port side, I was going to check the cone.
