Official Horsepower for Supercharged AR192?

Long story, but I am selling my beloved 2013 AR192. (Maine if interested). The marina is really determined to get the official HP of the 1812 DOHC engine, and I see lots of different values. The manual does NOT have that spec. No mods done.

Any help with something official?

Look for a sticker like this in the cockpit or on the engine. Power value will be in kw. Easy conversion to hp. Kw x 1.34 = hp.

The real hp is usually higher than what is posted. At least it was on mine. The pic below is not mine, pulled from this site.

I think 210 hp is a very widely accepted number for the AR192. I searched another thread and someone else posted the AR192 motor puts out 154.5 Kw so multiplied by 1.34 as stated above comes out to 207.03 hp.

That's interesting. I was always told the MR-1 non ho motors were 140 hp and the HO series was 160 hp. The formula indicates that the MR-1 HO series only puts out 100.5 hp.

My stickers indicate 104.5kw. Doing the conversion puts hp at 140. The MR-1 HO are known/advertised to be 160hp. Yamaha derates the output. The owners manual page 4-20 indicates 117kw which is 160hp. This is from my boat, top speed 48.8mph @10,200rpm.

I called Yamaha today with my Hull ID number and they were able to verify that the HP was 210. It shouldn't be this hard....

When I bought mine, I was told in the dealer that it has 210 hp
