One engine overheat alarm 2014 SX210

Still a noob to jet boats. This weekend, got an alarm on right engine . she went into limp mode staying at 5kRPM. on the right engine. There may have been a clog in the water intake because I did finally check the pee holes and both were putting out hot water.
Where is the intake for cooling water?
