We were out on Lake Livingston today and I suddenly felt a power loss and very obvious abnormal vibration. I stopped both engines, raised the cover and pulled both clean out plugs. Wrapped around the port shaft was a piece of rope about 1/2 inch diameter and 1 foot long. Pulled out the rope, replaced the plugs, closed the cover and was back on my way in less than 5 minutes. Any other boat would have meant diving under the boat to clear the shaft at best. Worst would have been a long, slow drive back to a launch ramp, cab fare to get back to my truck, and then pull the boat out of the water! In other words, a completly ruined day on the lake with the family. Other brands may have some features they claim to make them the boat of choice. But this one feature is invaluable. If you are on the fence. ..give this feature some serious consideration!
