Opening the throttle remote control unit?. Help

I have the Shop Manual and it doesn’t show me how to open this, I need to adjust the shift cable as I’m out of room to adjust at the reverse gate barrel. Spec is 17-19mm . I’ve got it at 17mm but I hate that I’m maxed out at the barrel. Tried searching and only found help on double motor throttle. Anyone have a clue? Thanks all
