So I order my new inland surfer Tako board on Christmas and when I get the thing the nose is dented. So I send the board back and expect to get a new board promptly. Well guess what, still no board. They told me that they would ship out 3-15-14. Fine so I wait and to no surprise I call and they said that their supplier told them they will not be in at inland surfer until 4-14-14 now!! So I am so furious at this point I am tempted to ask for my money back and go with a different manufacture all together. I know some of it isn't in their control but damnit make your customer happy!!! Offer a board that they do have in stock at a discounted price or something! I know this will not be my only surf board purchase.
