To say that life has been hectic lately would be the understatement of the year.... The good thing about being too busy is that it makes you appreciate the times when you get to relax.
Yeah, the current was pretty fast. She's a good swimmer but we keep a 20' dock line attached to her to make sure she doesn't float away!
Our soon to be 2 year old had one on as well. It actually came in handy this past weekend when he fell out of the tube while we were anchored out. He really loves the tube, but he tried to reach over the side to touch the water and fell in. He was only a couple feet from the boat and a strong tug on his "leash" got him right back to the boat and out of the water. He sat on the swim platform for the next 5 minutes trying to figure out what just happened!
@Volffas when our girls were younger they always had a dock line when swimming off the back. Better safe than sorry. When we started letting them go leashless they thought it was a huge treat.
