I have a overheating problem in my muffler system. It has melted the water tank and resonator. I have checked all parts in and around the impeller. I have replaced the thermal assembly.. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Tim

What model is it? Edit: Got it. 1200 SUV

In the title... suv 1200

I think it has the 1200 65u Non power valve engine. But they had some sort of sound control attenuation system that I’m not familiar with.
