After weeks of back and forth with the boat owner and Yamaha dealer I finally closed on a 2015 242 Limited S with 70 hours. Since the trailer was not rated for saltwater getting a Venture aluminum trailer, keel guard, and seadeck installed. Once he has done the upgrades we will do a sea trial to make sure everything is up to my satisfaction.

The owner has also agreed to fix a spider crack in a section of the gel coat at the cost of 1200. Here are my plans once I get the boat.
1. Check the anchor drain. Forgot to do that when I looked at the boat.
2. EZ Locks
3. Cobra Jets
4. Add extra table and leg. Add grill later on.
5. Add storage to storage area.
6. Have someone professional buff and wax the boat.

Forgot to take pictures when the cover was off but here are a few pictures.
By the way I love this forum and have learned a great deal.
