Pick the worst day to test but I had been waiting for weeks due to ETA and heavy gust we are having.
I was turned away at 2pm this Sunday even as people were leaving they said No, come back at 5pm. :banghead:

A cold front moved in and winds again were agin gusting 15-20 knots and our bay waters were rough with white caps but I ventured out.
Kids got soaked as water would go over bow slow and on plane. At one point while coming to stop it almost submarined itself.

But everything worked out like a charm. Boat was turning 7800+ and temp at cylinder head was never 180 degrees.
Want to say to everyone who followed and helped along the way a big Thank You and I owe you a beer if you ever come down to Miami
Can't wait to try it again on Sunday.

Ill post pictures of heat gun and short video.

Original investment 18100
First head job and install 500
2nd head job and cylinder head 2000
Replaced throttle and reverse cable 100
New pump bearings with new mid bearing housing and bearings, 1000
new gaskets/seals/ O rings for oil cooler, two head gasket, two EM gaskets
Boat cover 300
Over 10 gallons oil oil/filters figuring out problem in the beginning 250

Total 21, 950

I think if I get some use out of it this month and be ready for next year I could break even. Have buddy planning Exuma and want to be prepared.
Missed out on Sea deck GB and need cobra steering as it would not track straight under todays conditions.
Hopefully there'll be a BF sale on them.
Also, need to order taller base for captains chair. way to short for me.
So add another 2000 to tally when all is said and done.
