Took her out on the water for a couple hours and I see what all the fuss was about. I've been boating for years but today was my first time at the helm of a jet boat. It's awesome! Got the break in done and practiced maneuvering for a while. Wanted to get comfortable before I take the family out. It handles great. It was a little chilly on the water but I loved every second of it.IMAG1899.jpg IMAG1900.jpg IMAG1901.jpg

Congrats on the boat. Looks good!

Great looking boat and love the color. Looks great behind your white XL as well. Hope it warms up soon.

That's awesome. Congrats on a great first day out !!!

Really like the colors! Looks great.

There is well over $100,000 in that first picture. Sure looks good.

Love the color pick my twin up next weekend... Can't wait

Nice. Awesome looking setup.

Good thing there is some white on the boat to go with the tow rig. I HATE when I have to buy a new SUV to get the colors to match! :winkingthumbsup"

Thanks guys. Hope to get my family out this weekend no matter how chilly. We can boat with blankets.

Hey JTC1016 , It took me about 2 weeks longer to make the same decision you did. Just got my 16 / AR240 yesterday. I too have never operated a jet boat and very curious about the handling differences from the 2008 Bayliner 185 sterndrive that I traded in. Plan on spending this weekend on Lake Cumberland getting a feel for the Yamaha. I have some apprehension about going into (hopefully in reverse) my 10' x 24' slip. Your comments about the transition would be appreciated. PM me if you so desire ?

That's a sexy lookin boat , congrats !!!

You guys that are nervous about the steering etc should look for a veteran nearby using the user map.

Congrats on the new addition, looks really nice, great colors.

Congrats on the new ride! Sweet looking combo!

Beautiful boat, scenery and cool weather!
