Picked up our AR240 Today with a suprise!

Picked up out new AR today but was a little surprised. Thought we were going to dealership to get it and he said " what here? No No No, we will meet you at the lake with it as go through the whole boat with you, from launching to retrieving." Wow is all I can say. Boat came with everything and then some. They spent a couple hours on the water with us going though everything, maneuvering, conext screen, no wake, etc etc. cant say enough about G & R Marine. Pic is right after we took her out and were heading home!

Yamaha dealers locally do the same thing.. It must be a yamaha requirement

Awesome. I'm from ludlow. We launch from Brunelle's marina every weekend. Hope to see on the river!

@Kevin1741 You defiantly will! We usually get a season launch pass from Brunelles and are there every weekend also. Launch from there and hang out up at the shallows with 100 other boats.

Congrats on the new boat! My guess is you kicked up the summer plans a notch! A really great dealer that knows how to make the boat buying experience not only pleasant but a great experience is rare. It is good to read about another dealer that has also "kicked it up a notch" and putting a new yamaha owner on the water educated and prepared!

Did you spend a few hours climbing all over it, detailing it, filling it with new and trusted "stuff"? Got all your bumpers, lines, life vests, safety equipment.....the list goes on.....and time well spent I might add.

Ah, the joys of boat ownership. Especially one as nice as the one you have.

I really do have to stop reading these new boat threads.....

@Glassman yea I picked it up Friday and spent the rest of the weekend loading all the stuff, mounting the extinguisher etc etc. Also changed head to closet with drawers and storage.
