I am down in Clearwater, FL and picking up a 255 this soon. I have had a Yamaha 242 for the past 7 years so I am used to the jet boat. Any recommendations on upgrades and etc?

Not sure if you got all accessories but me and family love the table with the multiple mounting locations and the trailering cover is awesome.

glad to have you on board, be sure to check out the threads about running the engine out of the water and burning up the carbon seal,

Congrats! the 255 is a nice boat. what model did you purchase? seadek is a nice upgrade. I also agree with wango tango, the trailer cover is a must.

I got mine loaded...but the 2 items I added was the trailering cover (a must) and picked up a PTM Edge CNC mirror.

I really like the scarab mat. That looks nice. Did you get that through Jetboatpilot or through scarab?
I got the standard 255 standard. I need to add a shower to it. If I try to add the scarab factory one, the engine will need to be pulled, so i'm gonna have to find something else. I also want to add a couple more speakers.
anyone add underwater lights?
I may add a second battery as well.

I got the mat from scarab when I ordered the boat along with the underwater lights, upgraded stereo and second battery.
