Anyone interested in signing up/bringing Yamaha into town for the event next year? Its usually 3rd weekend in july.

They will have a captain's meet/party at margaritaville on Friday with rules. Saturday they do the run. While it's not formally organized anymore I am going to look into getting on board and seeing if we can.

This event used to bring the likes of geico winship and other offshore racers. It is still a fun event with some go fast, but nothing like before.

They do contest for best decorated boat as well as the poker run part.

If I can get on board I will be pushing for set start times as well as different classes, jetboats being one of them.

Anyways just wanted to tentatively put out feelers for people who might be interested. Margaritaville will have campground and some cabins on site and plenty of other campgrounds around lake/houses to rent.

If this is still going on, I would be interested. I live in Canton, GA. I just bought my first ever boat, a 2019 Yamaha AR210. I will be putting her in the lake this weekend, hopefully. So I will be in Lake Allatoona. I've been in Lake Lanier before, with my Grandpa's boat. I know my way around it, a little bit.

Im up for it. We got pirate gear this year but ended up missing Saturday.

Will update with date once its finalized but I believe it's usually the 3rd Saturday in July.

I'd be in for another trip down to Lanier.

Wonder how people would take a yamaha fleet launching water balloons decked in pirate decor.

Find a park and invite yamaha again.

I may do this next year! I'll have TVX and LTs so won't look like a fool coming in to get the cards haha

Sounds like fun, interested to see what turns out.

The run was just announced and will happen on Saturday July 18th ending at margaritaville for concert, contest for best decorated boat, and good times.

Alwaslys fun to get out and watch boats go up and down the lake during the run.

Strongly considering it this year

wow. that would be cool
