The holding company created in the wake of a host of rec boating company bankruptcies after the downturn, Rec Boat Holdings (RBH) has been sold to Beneteau Group, a publicly owned French sailboat and powerboat maker.

RBH brands include Four Winns, Scarab, Glastron and Wellcraft. Their manufacturing facility is in the former Four Winns plant in Cadillac, Michigan.

It's good to see this company has returned to health and is back in the hands of boat people.

Agreed @GTBRMC , I hope being boat people makes the invest and grow the companies vs being a "holding company".
