Not planning on doing anything at the moment, but after reading some of the posts I'm wondering if there are any plug and play amplifiers for these boats that can be installed without cutting into the wiring harness, or if there are adapters you can purchase that allow installation without cutting wires.

In my 2012 242, there is a round access panel on the starboard side wall in the engine compartment. I found some aux cords behind there already installed for me to connect whatever to. Check it out on yours. Maybe you have the same thing.

In my 2015 192 the OEM clarion head unit harness had a near plug and play connector for a clarion amp.

See if Crutchfield has something for you, they're usually pretty good about having harnesses, but their customer service has been top notch with helping walk me through stuff like this if they don't have a PNP solution
