We need more stories like this. They are out there, yet somehow the folks in the media prefer to run stories that focus on the bad rather than the good people we have in our lives.

I know we have a lot of cops and firefighters on our site and I'm glad. It helps us remember that the good people who choose to lead a life of service far outnumber the few bad apples.

Thanks to all of you who make are lives better. And yes, that includes Doctors and nurses and teachers and the guy in the deli who always lets me know when the sale on boneless chicken starts. And my plumber! Jeesh, that guy is a lifesaver. Electricians? yeah, they're ok...lol
And I definitely can't forget to mention the waste disposal people...without them we'd all be up to our eyes in..well, you know.

And airline pilots...can't forget you guys. (oh, and flight attendants too!)

That's awesome. Great of him to do that. There aren't many things emotionally tougher than telling family of a loved one passing.
