Port USB charger not working

So, on our 3 month old 2020 242SE, the port USB charger isn’t working. I have a vague memory of using it on the first day we had the boat, but that same vague memory also fails to remember if it actually charged or not.

It does look like there is a LED power indicator immediately above the receptacle itself but there is no perceivable output or lit LED. I can take the exact same cord and device and it will charge at the USB port on the helm with no issues.

I’ve tried turning the Auxiliary switch on with no success. Any idea where this is wired/how to get it working?

I’m not opposed to pulling things apart but figured I’d ask for direction first.

I'm not sure about the 20 but my 17 has that usb connected to the stereo for music . But I have never tried to charge at that port only leave the usb drive that has music .

Interesting. On my 2020 it specifically says 2.4A for charging. USB to the stereo us at the helm.
