I am looking into buying one of these Q-Power Single 12" Vented Ported Subwoofer Box for a 12in JL W3 sub. I really don't know too much about them. Are they good? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.Screenshot_20180406-210035.png Screenshot_20180406-112314.png

I have 2 10" sealed 10" boxes. Great boxes, even better price. Ported or sealed cant go wrong

Do you have them under your seats? If yes was it hard to get the box
Into the compartment? The Box seems fairly big and I have hinge seats

Porter boxes will be bigger, if you didn’t know.

If you have the tools I would suggest building your own box. You can size and tune it for the subwoofer, the end result will be a louder better sounding subwoofer.

*infinate *cough *baffle *houghmm.... what?! I didn’t say anything!?!

Wow is all I can say! Got the box and the sub installed and it is some awesome bass. The stereo grade is officially done! Now I just need to get out on the water.

Pics or it didn't happen. :p

I didn't vent the compartment. If we are out anchored I might crack the seat a hair.
I do the same, but underway and compartment closed I notice bass doesn’t hit as hard. Looking to vent compartment, so she sounds as good as she does underway and sitting. ??

I thought about venting it but then I don't wanna cut a hole. Under way I can feel and hear the bass hit. I will have to pay closer attention when we finally get out on the water again. This is that a very long off season.

Let me know what u come up with
