That's a funny post but it couldn't be farther from the truth over the past few years. Southwest (for me) went from the least shittiest airline (there are no good airlines - just different levels of shitty) to hovering in the Frontier / Spirit neighborhood. I'm a former A-List member and flew them for one major reason - they (mostly) took off and landed when they said they would. Now they are a no-frills airline that costs the same as the legacy carriers with an on-time percentage that has slipped into the same area as the even crappier airlines. It looks like they are doing better in 2025 so far but I'm leery of booking them.
