Problem Viewing FAQs with Safari

Is there a work around for viewing the FAQs with the Safari Browser. Once I go down a level in the FAQs, all I get is a single column of characters on the right-hand side of the page (see attached screen shot). I tried switching to Firefox, and it seems to work OK there. I would, however, like to use my standard (Safari) browser. Thanks in advance.

There is no solution with Safari. You’ll have to use Chrome or something else. It is a bummer

@Bruce did you ever try logging a ticket with the FAQ Addon vendor?

Browser: Safari-sorry can’t find a version but the IOS is up to date.

Another problem is / are the macros. Typing into these forums using an apple type of device is, well, problematic. If you are typing a word and it gets misspelled you cannot just backspace and fix it, or it will come up with all sorts of interesting incorrect spelled auto corrects. Also, a lot of times the last letter of a word will get erased when double spacing forward. I know this happens to a lot of other people as I see the missing last letter.

I upgraded the FAQ software to the latest version.

It’s sorta fixed…. Not all the content is visible. Clicking on the link doesn’t always bring up the content.

On my iPad it looks like categories with many entries you can’t see past the first 8-10. If I select “how to for ladders” below is what I get.

OK...I fixed this too. I think it should be working better now. Thanks for pointing out the issues!

@Julian Thanks for this! Up to now had to switch browsers every time I use the FAQs - works great now!

I also spent some time sorting and sub dividing the FAQ a little to reduce the number of items in each section. Think it is a bit more manageable now.
