Stupid me followed the break in procedures to a T. First 5 minutes idle. Next 30 under 5k rpm. Unfortunately, I thought that was the last step. I failed to realize the under 6k for next hour. I ran the boat around 7 possibly a little more for about 30 minutes. I never ran WOT. How bad did I screw up?

I wouldn't worry about it at this point. These engines are pretty solid. Maybe stay off WOT a tad bit longer than normal and do your service work a bit early to offset.

I wouldn't worry. All you did was make sure the rings are seated. Good to go. The factory does a wide open run on the boats before they are even finished assembling.

Don't even lose a second of sleep over this... these motors are work horses. Factory works them out fresh out of the box.
