Since you guys collectively know everything I am looking for some feedback. I have been concerned about my prostate for a couple years. My doctor says PSA test and exam do not indicate cancer. It just seems I, like most guys in their 50's, am experiencing an enlarged prostate. I have the classic symptoms of sometimes difficult to pee and feeling like I don't empty my bladder.
So, has anyone had any success with supplements like Saw Palmetto? or Rye Grass?

[please try to stay on topic :)]

Some good general info here: https://prostate.net/articles/19-ways-to-keep-your-prostate-healthy

I have heard a number of these tips for good prostate health before from credible sources (like my doctor):
* healthy diet and exercise
* maintain weight, strive for healthy BMI
* stay hydrated
* regular sex / healthy sex life

Virtually all men will have prostate issues if they live long enough. Discuss any specific concerns or significant prostate-related changes with your doctor. Etc.

Good luck!

Only concern I have is getting up in the night and having a hard time pee-ing. Thanks for asking.

Get used to it because you will be doing it for many years! See a urologist annually, they can help.
