my jets was damaged by corrosion, so I have to replace it. I have a small production with milling machines, I decided to make new parts on my own. I share the results of the process.
Russian aerospace alloy V95, it is like 7075T6 but a little bit stronger and more corrosion resistant. It will be hard coated over + electrically balanced.
