Got the boat out of storage (yay!) and now time to install the Seadek from last fall's group buy.
Step 1) remove carpet snaps. Got it. Except the guy that installed them on my boat must have used an impact driver! They all have spider cracks (most no bigger than the snap diameter, mind you) and and for most when I removed the screw little bits of deck came with it (again, not much bigger than the snap if at all...)
So, filling with 5200 I get and obviously easier to do when the snap is under new Seadek - but what about the divot on the visible ones? Fill with 5200? It's a different white... Just fill the hole and then build the deck back up with matching gelcoat white? Or am I over-thinking this one too?
TIA!
