I am planning to use Ram Mount B Sized (1") hardware to mount the Raymarine Dragonfly display on my boat.
I see that Ram Mounts offers powder coated aluminum versions labeled as marine or plastic versions.
The plastic versions are lighter.
I do not understand why the aluminum versed would be better.
What do you suggest?
