So we rebuilt the carbs on a 96 mirage sport...but the bottom carb is still leaking. We have rebuilt it 3 times now...what am I missing?

I can't think of anything but a porosity leak in fuel bowl unless the needle is sticking up in the seat, but that shoulda been remedied in the first rebuild.

I would examine the bowl very carefully under magnification for a hairline crack.

bowl or body warped? use a piece of glass or granite with some fine sandpaper to resurface/level
