I wouldn't recommend it unless you really know the lake. If you insist on going then go and scout out the area a day or two before. Leave the boat in the water so you won't have to fight the craziness at the ramp.

I would agree. Been to Hell's Gate a bunch of times. It's a haul over there and it always seems to take longer than map shows....3+ hours for me. There is a marina close to Hell's gate but don't know the status of marinas or lake levels at PK.

That sounds awesome. Take some pics & videos if you go. I'd love to see what a 27 meter cliff dive looks like. The link does mention that It will be televised on Fox Sports 1 on Monday, July 14, at 8:30pm ET/7:30pm CT.

Yeah, this sounds like it would be wayyyyy cool to go to but the pain in the ass factor is the largest detractor!!!!

when we had the last yjb gathering at PK we saw somebody jump from right above the "share to" on the facebook link, in the small open area, it was neat to see and he had a pretty good feet first entry, although after the guy was lifted onto the boat by his friends and gave the big thumbs up while clutching his ribs he immediately laid down on the floor of the boat and they hauled ass out of there even leaving their life jacket floating in the water,

It was busy in that little cove just on an ordinary weekend. It read as if they will give you assigned parking area by boat size and you'll probably be to far away to really see if from your boat but it will probably be a good place for a party,

I guess there going to ignore the "it's against the law to jump from above this point" sign!
