Keep in mind the beer will already need to be cold. The cooling part is a Peltier device and with only bring down the temp 40 degrees below ambient at best. Same tech as a cheap electric cooler just without the cooling fan. The outside of the device that would be inside the hull will also get somewhat hot so make sure nothing is touching it. The power drain will add up with multiple holders too.

You can build it yourself for about $20. I made these to chill water with a temp sensor but you could make them a little smaller and they could freeze a drink. These are 12 volt and you cant touch the cold or hot side they get so extreme. 2 of these chills 15 gallons of water.

I was thinking since there are 3 holders next to both the captain's and skippers seats there would be 2 cold ones on deck waiting!

A $7 vacuum insulated holder will probably work just as good if not better.

my beer doesn't get warm either but not everyone on my boat drinks beers. This could keep the daughters or other guests drink chilled without having to go back into the ice cooler.
