Hooked up an amplified sub this past week and noticed something of concern.
When I turn the key off and shut everything down the amp light is still on. It doesn't turn off until the batteries are switched off. I have the Amp positive running directly to the house battery. So the issue is if I wet slip it I need to leave the batteries on for the bilge and the amp will be drawing power too.
Why doesn't the remote on/off operate with the keys?
Any ideas?
