Replace Switches on captain's console.

I have a 2014 Scarab 195. Looks like I have need to replace the switch for my bilge pump. Does anyone know how to get access to the switches in the captain's console. I thought if I removed the display I could reach in, but after I removed the cover, it didn't seem right. Manual isn't any help. Any ideas?
