It's spring cleaning time for the water toys (aka Summerization). I am taking this out of my boat because I never use it.

The first person to guess what it is can have it, if they want it, for the cost of shipping from 94587.

For context each tile in the background is 12"x12".

Hmmmmm..... Some sort of rope guide....... Maybe for a camera mount on the wake tower?

I thought it could be a rope guide as well, but it looks like a closed loop on the top. Is it some sort of antenna?

I don't (think I) want it, but it is bugging the heck out of me.

Camera mount that follows the tow rope?

Kind of what @Murf'n'surf already said

Too easy...It's used for passing a beer to a ropeless wakeboarder.:winkingthumbsup"

Antennae?

mooring marker holder?

Downrigger whip / guide / extension piece?

I definitely don't want it - but I now must know what it is!!!!

My guess is some kind of dock grabber or something to help loop rope around a cleat????

Hanger for a shirt with only one sleeve.

@Murf'n'surf got it right on his first guess. Been busy so I couldn't respond until now plus it was nice to see the other guesses.
I didn't have time to mount it to the tower to get better pics but these pics should help illustrate how it is supposed to work.

I paid just under $100 for it, could use it to hold the rope out further over/under the deployed Bimini but have never needed to. A plastic insert or something similar would need to be fabricated in order for it to be more snug around the tower toe point.

Let me know if you want it @Murf'n'surf .
