I have a 2018 212 X, I want to run some 14 gauge wire from the batteries to the little compartment behind the steering wheel to create a Fuse box. does anybody know what areas I should run the wire to get it back to the batteries is there a spot under the deck?

Maybe others will give some other ideas but I simply ran it around through the engine compartment and up the starboard side. Maybe removing the gas tank compartment cover you could sneak it through there? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But it wasn't that big a deal to me to run it all the way around.

I 2nd @MidnightRider . I just ran quite a few wires for my stereo install, and it was rather easy. Get some small metal wire, or foam noodle to fish it though the areas you cant reach..

What I'm wondering is did you run it underneath the floor or did you run it around the back through the engine ?

Pop the engine cover. and run the wires towards the front top of engine bay. I put mine in Black Loom then zip tied them to the wires that were already there. Makes it look factory. Ill take a picture when and if it would would get higher than 50* outside lol

That would be great if you could do that. I know what you mean by the temps, it's snowing right now where I am at I'm really jealous of the Florida people boating right now.

This is exactly what I did, nice and easy. You can also cross the boat under the fuel tank cover, but that was more work than I wanted to do. I did end up spending more money on cable than I needed to, but that's not really a major expense for 14GA wire.
