Rusting hose clamps

There are several clamps on my engine area that show rust. They appear to be crimped in place.

Any concerns replacing with worm clamps?

I may be in the minority on this, but if you've checked them and the metal appears to not be compromised (just surface rust), then going forward keep up a routine of spraying with CRC or Boeshield or some other type of protectant and regular inspections.
