A top Hollywood actress was going into hospital for a "female" procedure, you know, a few danglely bits cut and tided up.
She was however, very concerned that this news did not get out to the paparazzi. "Under no circumstances can anybody know about my operation" she told the surgeon. "You have my word" he convincingly told her.
The day came and everything went to plan, but as she regained consciousness, she noticed three red roses in vase at the end of her bed.
In a panic, and anger she summoned the surgeon. "Under strict instructions you were told nobody should of known I was in this hospital having this procedure!"
"Don't worry, nobody knows" the doctor told her., "The first rose is off me", "O, right, ok", "and the second is from the nurse, who felt sorry that you wouldn't get any flowers because nobody knows your here"
"Thats really nice" the actress replies, "but who's the third rose off?"
"O, thats off Jimmy in the burns ward, thanking you for his new ears!!!!"
