Scarab 165 Base Model

Hello Guys,

I am getting ready to purchase a 2015 Scarab 165 base model with most of the options.
Do not need the 250 HP Rotax thus the base model with 165 H.

The dealer in NC quoted a base price of $19700.00 plus the options of course and prep.
From your experience does that seem to be a great price?
Another dealer quoted a base of $22,400.00.
Can you also advise were I would take for warranty work sinceI am in Greenwood SC and the dealer is about 150 miles away from me.
If you can add any other info for me I would appreciate it.

@greenwood The 19700 is an incredible price for the base 165 with all options. The MSRP without options is $22,653. I would jump on that. Also, If I'm not mistaking, Scarab is having their promotion called Judgment Days. You may be able to get down payment assistance.

@greenwood welcome to the site. Glad that you found us and decided to join. I don't have any useful purchase pricing info for you , sorry. But @ScarabMike is up on all the Scarab stuff. So it sounds like you've found a great deal on one already. Good luck with you're search. Hopefully you'll be out on a new boat soon.

Thanks guys. The base price quoted without the options was $19700.00 which looks like it is a great price since this MSRP is $22,600.00.
Any thoughts on warranty since the purchase location is 150 miles away from me.
I have been told that any Evinrude dealer can do warranty work on the boat and any Rotax dealer can perform engine warranty??
