Have a new 255 ID and the port engine is not starting. The starboard engine works fine. Here are all the things I've tried so far:
1. Checked all relays on the port side fuse box. Swapped the 12v relays with the starboard side and no change.
2. Checked the starter (solenoid) relay. Manually tried to engage it and it clicks. When I override all controls and bridge the starter, the engine turns over but doesn't start.
3. Checked the start buttons on the console. Switched wires with the starboard button and the port button then started the starboard engine.
4. Visually inspected the impeller and nothing blocking it.
5. Remove the battery panel and checked that the engine (breaker) relays are passing current.
Clearly something is preventing a signal to the starter relay so some other system is blocking this signal and also looks like the fuel pump is not being engaged. I did check the fuel pump relay and it was not burnt out.
No diagnostic codes show up on the console.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
