Screw size to mount to engine bay floor

Hi all,

Trying to mount a 2nd bilge to the floor of my engine compartment. I tried using 4200 but it broke free. What size screw can I safely use to screw it to the bay floor? Or would 5200 work?

I used 5200 and mounted in the bilge.
