Screws holding throttle cover

Anyone know the size of the phillips head pan screws behind the plate on the throttles--the first ones you remove to remove the throttles? I just stripped the mess out of one of mine...

I went to 2012 Yamaha AR240 HIGH OUTPUT (SXT1800AL) Control Cable | Yamaha Sports Plaza, but don't see it listed. Just the plate (3) and the cover (2).

On my 2007 SX 230 HO, I think they are M5x0.8, Length 1 cm.
Tap size, Diameter (in), Diameter (mm), Thread count (TPI), Thread pitch (mm), Tap drill size TPI = threads per inch
M5x0.8, 0.1969, 5.0000, ~32, 0.800, 4.2 mm
You might get by with 10-32x3/8
