Like a ton of other members, I recently bought new SeaDek for the cockpit and swim platform. Upon installation of the lower swim platform, I discovered an issue I could not live with. The table mount was apparently mis-drilled during manufacturing and is located forward and to starboard of where it should have been perJetBoatPilot's well templated kits. To install the stock mats, I would have to cut them...significantly... and there would always be a 3/4" gap.
When asking Will's advice on trimming, he empathized with this extremely rare situation. He graciously offered to modify the template file moving the center of the circle to my actual table mount location and fabricate new custom mats at an extremely fair price. A few days later... Abracadabra!
I know I may be preaching to the choir; but it is so refreshing to do business with a company that really understands customer service. Thanks to Will and the JetBoatPilot team. You are awesome! I am very happy with both the product and the company who sold it to me.
