Seadoo boat help

Help I have a 06 Seadoo boat with 1500 supercharged motor wont run past idle , sounds good otherwise , no leaks , knocks etc belongs to a customer/friend any help or thoughts appreciated , just a bit foreign to me relative to what we normally service Tom

Can you describe what happens when you increase throttle?

Things that come to mind that could cause this..... Motor has a major fault and is in limp home mode, throttle cable is broken.
