If you keep it in the water, try taking it out and getting underneath it. Look up through the intake grate and see if there's a small twig or something behind the impeller. Happened to me last week. Went out during a rough day, no problems across the entire range of the throttle. I take it down to throw anchor, and when i go to leave, INTENSE vibrating through the boat at anything above 4000rpm. was just a small twig stuck behind the impeller...

Thanks for the reply.
I went under the boat yesterday while it was in the water with a light and did not see anything.
It must have worked its way free because the vibration went away.

The vibration happened to us too but it started suddenly then we heard a snap and we had to replace the wear ring. The shop told us to look up in the grate and maybe power wash it to remove rocks and twigs. Is that something we should be doing every time? We are in shallow water and try to push it out to deeper water before we start it but we most have sucked up a twig on our ride. I wish there was a different grate that was more filtered!!
