Sealant for Steering Cable Through Hull

I know people have posted that they use 3m 4200 for the steering cable job, but what does Yamaha call for? I can't seem to find in the service manual for an SX190 where it talks about steering cable replacement and what sealant to use, just the lube and thread sealant on the steering linkage.

I Just did my reverse bucket cable..........the original sealant was white and still pliable but stuck to the plastic cable and tube. I went back with the 3m 4200 sealed water tight. They had this sealer in the exit tube and a fairly large amount on the cables covering the plastic exit tube.

Seeing what sealants are in the manual, I'm guessing it's Threebond 1530D which is a grey "one component moisture curing elastomeric compound". Japanese company, and it's about 35 bucks for one tube, if you can actually find it.
