took out my seat and replaced with factory style traction mat. the contours make the pictures un even but it is all the same size. I always hated stepping on the seat.

How is the seat attached to the engine cover? I too don't like the idea of trampling over the seat all day long, but I don't think I want it gone permanently since there's limited seating in the 19's compared to the 21's and 24's. I wonder if there's a way to do what you did but also be able to reattach the seat when needed.

its attached with 4 bolts. I figure if we know we are taking out a bunch of people I can bring the seat and just set it back in place. me personally, I dont want or will ever have more than 4 or 5people on the boat. its just too crowded.
