I was wondering if anyone has or knows where I can get a service manual for the Optimax 250 DFI M2.

Sea-Doo Forum (seadooforum.com) has a very active Mercury section. SeaDoo used enough of the 240efi and 250 Opti motors to gather a small cult following over there.

Otherwise, the Sugarsand crowd might have an answer. But they didn't use as many opti's, as they did the EFI.

Good luck.

If you happen to be on facebook Sugar Sand Boats has it on a zip file
